Data-driven safety management

Crowd safety monitoring
for events and festivals

From camera installation to live monitoring to the closing report — we build the evidence behind your safety plan. Pick the package that fits your event, add only the options you need.

1
Choose the package that fits your event

We survey the site and work out how many cameras your layout needs. You do not have to know which package fits — just send us an outline of the event.

PILOT
Up to 4 cameras · 1 day
First deployment, small events
1,000–3,000 people on site
8M KRW
Single zone with straightforward installation
MULTI-ZONE
9–16 cameras · 3 days
Mid to large festivals
Multiple zones and gates · tens of thousands
24M KRW
21M–28M KRW depending on site conditions
LARGE EVENT
17–24 cameras · 3 days
Large festivals, fireworks events
Delivered with installation and network partners
35M KRW and up
Scope and price confirmed after the site survey

Every package assumes our own cameras, installed by us, over a 3-day event (1 day for PILOT). Extra days, dispersed zones, long cable runs, special structures and anything else outside the standard scope are agreed case by case. Integrating your existing CCTV is possible by separate agreement, subject to a technical review.

How the quote is calculated

The price is not made up. Labour follows the standard rates published by the state each year; overheads and margin follow public procurement cost accounting rules. You get the full calculation sheet with the quote — usable as-is for internal approval and audit.

1
Labour = published standard rates
Installation and operations staff are costed at the per-trade standard rates published by the Korea Information & Communication Contractors Association.
2
Equipment and comms = at cost
Cameras, network, communications and consumables are booked at actual cost.
3
Overhead and fee = statutory rates
Only the lower bound of the Engineering Service Fee Standard (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) applies — 110% overhead, 20% technical fee.

About the calculation
Labour rates are the KICA publication for the first half of 2026. Overhead and technical fee apply the lower-bound rates (110% and 20%) of the cost-plus method in the Engineering Service Fee Standard (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy).

This table is an example. At-cost items such as transport, and the final quote, are fixed in the calculation sheet after the site survey. The quoted amount is adjusted within ±20% depending on site conditions.

Standard contract terms

So the event runs without disputes, we go through these terms with you before signing.

Payment
40% on signing, balance settled within 14 days of the report being delivered.
Cancellation and weather
No penalty for cancellation 7 or more days before the event (only the survey and design already performed are billed at cost). Within 7 days, 20% of the contract value; after installation, the installation and removal costs plus 50% of the contract value. If rain postpones the event, we recalculate on operating days.
Installation prerequisites
Power (220V draw points), connectivity, structural installation approval and access to installation positions are provided by the organiser. Where these are unavailable, generators and extra connectivity are booked at cost.
Monitored area
The monitored scope is the mutually agreed designated area fixed after the site survey. Areas outside it are not analysed.
Quote validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Labour rates are revised and published every half year.
Rush contracts
Requests within 2 weeks of the event add 10% to the total. We recommend talking 2–6 weeks ahead.
Talk to us
Send us an outline of the event — date, venue and expected attendance — and we reply within one business day.
